Proofreading: Client proofreads all materials prior to submitting those materials for uploading to the website.  Business consultant will assume that any submitted material is the FINAL PROOFREAD COPY and it will be uploaded to the web “AS IS”.  If the client wishes to have the consultant serve as the proofreader, it will be considered an administrative task with an additional fee.

Purpose is to discuss a plan of action regarding the business.  Provides business owner with advice and ideas for the business to maximize profits, up to 2 hours.  Types of business consultations:

• Start-up business consultation: provides business owner with crucial information for starting up a business such as incorporation of business, filing with IRS, business license and any other tasks necessary to start up the desired business.
• Requirements gathering session: meeting/session where the purpose is for the consultant to determine what the business owner requires of the website.  The consultant will determine what the business owner is trying to accomplish in regards to the business and the business’ website.
• Check-point business consultation: examines the business that is up and running and discuss the business’ future based on its current performance.
